1. Is Reborn tower easy to install?

Yes, usually 2 persons could do this job easily.

2. How tall is the tower?

All reborn towers are designed around 50"-55” tall from the mounting level, and the exact height depends on the tower model and distance between the front and rear mounts. You can also find the exact height in description of each tower.

3. Will Reborn wakeboard tower fit my boat?

All Reborn wakeboard towers are universal, Elevate tower could fit boat up to 100” wide, Catapult and Propel tower could fit tower up to 108” wide.

4. What material is the tower made from?

The tower is built with 6063 T6 aluminum tube, which is the best fit material for this structure.

We use both aluminum 6061-T6 and 6063-T6 for our products. 6061-T6 is used for milling parts such as racks and tower brackets, and 6063-T6 is usde for tower tubes, because 6063 works better for bending and will minimize break problem. Through the 20 years experience in manufacturing boat towers, we can guarantee you that 6063 is the best material for curved towers. 

Most tower brands declare that they use 6061 but they actually use 6063 instead. We are just telling a truth as a factory outlet brand.

5. Does Reborn wakeboard rack fit my tower tube?

Reborn wakeboard rack can fit 1 3/4”, 1 7/8”, 2”, 2 1/4”, 2 3/8” and 2 1/2”” tube.

6. Is Reborn products selling to global?

Yes, but for purchases out of US and Canada we don’t accept returns unless quality problem.

7. How long does handling time take?

We always ship your order within 2 business days from the date we receive your payment.

8. Which carrier do you use to ship?

We ship by UPS or FEDEX ground, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

9. What kind of payment do you accept?

10. How should I do if I am unsatisfied on the products or the product doesn’t fit my boat?

You can return the products within 15days from the date you receive your order. If there is a quality problem, we will pay the return shipping cost by sending you a UPS return label. If you dislike the products or it doesn’t fit your boat, you can return the products on your cost, or PayPal us the return shipping cost and we will send you the UPS returning label.

11. Can I get a continuous after sales service in future?

For most brands made out of US, it is always a headache to get replacement spares when you need to repair your tower, we keep all common spares in stock and we supply free replacement for damages during transportation or quality issues.However we cannot cover the cost you paid to the third party to replace the parts, and all our products are priced based on this policy.
For any spares lost or destroyed by comsumers we will offer the spares at cost price. You can find the spares in the menu of accessories.

12. May I use a wakeboard tower for Water Skiing/Playing Tubes?

No. You cannot use a wakeboard tower for playing tubes or water skiing. You can read the same warning on all brands of wakeboard tower manufacturers. The strength created by a tube or a water skier is much higher than a wakeboarder. The overload can damage the tower Irreversibly. Somtimes you cannot see the damage right away, but it will come out to break the tower or result an accident when you use the tower later.
